01. Scope & Binding Agreement

Welcome to TeaLeaks (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, sending messages, joining spontaneous chats ("Blind Sips"), or posting on our Public Community Wall, you agree to comply with our platform terms. If you do not agree to the complete guidelines, conditions, and safety measures detailed in this document, you should not access or use our services. Your usage constitutes a full acceptance of these terms.

02. System Integrity & Safety Monitoring

To ensure the Platform remains a safe, lighthearted, and welcoming space for honest peer feedback, our administration actively moderates all public and private modules. While standard users interact anonymously, our system operations team retains the ability to inspect and audit platform data. This monitoring is strictly used to identify violations of our Terms of Service, mitigate abusive behaviors, secure system nodes, and maintain platform integrity.

03. Forbidden Platform Conduct

We strictly enforce a safe community experience. Engaging in any of the following behavior will lead to an immediate ban and permanent termination of your access:

• Harassment & Bullying: Direct threats, targeted hate speech, malicious exposure of personal info, or systematic harassment.
• Exploitative & Sexual Content: Transmission of sexually explicit text, solicitations, or inappropriate media.
• Extortion, Scams & Phishing: Distributing deceptive links, attempting to defraud other users, or social engineering.
• Unlawful Actions: Coordinating illegal transactions, distributing black market material, or promoting malicious code.

04. Account & Network Security (Smart & Obscured)

We collect standard credential information to keep your profile secure (such as your chosen username and a strongly encrypted password hash). To secure platform routing, detect automated spam tools, prevent network-level attacks, and verify unique sessions, our systems record standard, encrypted transmission indicators and security logs. This network data is evaluated using automated algorithms to defend our infrastructure, keeping the exact tracking parameters private to maintain high-level security against manipulation.

05. Premium Tier Analytics (PRO & VIP)

TeaLeaks provides optional upgrade tiers processed securely in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) through our certified payment partner, Paymob. These tiers offer statistical peer insight metrics. Please note that all analytical indicators are based on proprietary, secure correlation algorithms. They are intended for creative feedback, not legal proof of identity. Harassing other users based on correlation estimates is completely prohibited.

06. Data Management & Deletion

You may choose to delete your account at any time, which automatically removes your credentials and inbox content from active database records. Spontaneous conversations on our "Blind Sips" module are designed to automatically expire and get completely wiped from our servers upon closure. The platform reserves the right to retain encrypted server metadata logs to preserve network security and legal compliance.
